To get the boothbox to Bern, I need an address, time and name so I can
send it to be picked up. I need this info at least a week in advance,
preferably longer.

The boothbox contains some merchandise (but we're slowly running out
of it, Sebas still has some stuff at home I believe, maybe we can
refill before or after FOSDEM next weekend).

The boothbox contains 2 19" monitors & cables, switch, light VIA
computer, some posters/banners/etc and some merchandise.
