I totally agree, this separation always confused me.
IIRC, I was told kde-promo was "everything except events", but since we=20
need promotion material during events, this split doesn't make sense.
Of course there is _also_ promotion material that isn't for events
(articles, websites etc.) - unfortunately without much activity in this
area currently, it seems.
