  Hii, Johnny in my opinion making the following changes solves all the above mentioned points https://phabricator.kde.org/D16380  , also the previous algorithm just maintains a simple list of optimal points and makes moves according to them so i think it is quite an easy algorithm given that it works properly, I should have begun working on this only rather than implementing a new one sorry for creating this diff unnecessarily.
  
  Now the child, has a possibility to win even if tux starts or the even if the level is 4 in 29 balls board game
