D10394: KDE Applications version string is added to Parleys version string

REVISION SUMMARY
  The script updated KDE Application version string is shown in addition
  to Parleys native version string on command line and in about dialog.
  For storing the kvtml file only the application version is used.
  Implementation is done following the guideline found here:
  https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Application_Versioning
