D14684: Fixes for the Scheduler and Capture modules

  Ok, decided to continue with the scheduler. It loaded 2nd job.
  
  1. It started with Lum when it was already done (6/6)
  2. The 2nd repeated job progressed fine, but I aborted during HA 1/6
  3. When restarted, it started the 2nd scheduler job which is OK, but then in the capture module, it started again at Lum as it was a new job and nothing was captured before. It was suppose to start on 2nd capture of HA (2/6..etc)
  
  So again complex_job.esl is a good overall test for all these cases. Just shutdown KStars in key locations and restart and see where it picks up.
