D14684: [DO NOT MERGE YET] Fix duplicate sequence jobs completion checks.

  Fix again completion count, and add (hopefully) definitive explanation on the use of the captured frames map.
  
  Standard jobs with repeats and duplicates now proceed without issue.
  
  Known issues:
  
  - Simulator may produce a guiding deviation, but apparently Capture module is unable to resume.
  - Aborting a job on altitude/moon/twilight seems to cause no reschedule of the job, possible regression.
