Porting KTouch for GSoC

Hi,

I saw it in the todo list that porting of KTouch was unassigned and I am
interested in porting KTouch as a part of my GSoC project.
I have some experience in porting as I started porting klettres before I
became occupied with my SoK project.
It will be very helpful if someone can mentor me in this task.

Nonetheless I want to start the porting work if no one else is doing the
same. I have checked that there is no frameworks branch. Should I create
one and start porting?
