LabPlot Port

Hey Everyone,

I was looking LabPort code and found that it is not ported to KF5. I would
love to port it to KF5. As i saw a gsoc idea on it at [1] and as cantor is
already ported to KF5 i think porting LabPlot to KF5 would help the
integration better.

For my experience in porting i have ported knetwalk and also helped in
Kreversi.

I would like to ask if someone is working on port or not and can i start my
work on it
