GSoC 2014 Proposal for KStars

Hi guys,

I am KStars contributor. After a brief discussion with KStars Developers
Rafal Kulaga and Rishabh Arora , I have prepared draft proposal for
GSoC-2014 for KStars.

I would like to request you guys to give comments on my proposal so that I
can improve it further and finalize as soon as possible.
