Hi Lóránt,
Have you taken a look at KTechLab? http://sourceforge.net/projects/ktechlab/

Furthermore, we try not to have GSoC projects that aim to create a new
project, but we try that GSoCs improve the ones we already have maintained.
This doesn't mean it's not possible that it gets accepted, but I think
you'll have to consider further your idea.
