Heads-up: Proposal for Artikulate to enter KDE Edu

Hey all,

just a short heads-up that Artikulate entered KDE Review and that I sent 
the proposal to move it to the KDE Educational module [1]. According to 
the application life cycle [2] this starts a two weeks discussion period.
