GSoC mentors for Step?

There is no good mentor for Step, if you want to mentor, i'd go with it and 
then do a group-mentoring in trying to answer the questions. I.e. we will 
never be able to mentor until someone starts looking the internals, maybe this 
is a good moment for it and we can do it as a group :-)
