Artikulate: basic course for greek

Hi everyone.

I have set up the contributor version of artikulate and created a sample of 
translations/recordings/phoneme tags, as it pertains to the basic course. 

As a result, courses/basic/gr/gr.xml file as well as a set of ogg files have 
been created.

Since I have no kde developer account could you please point out the suggested 
way to contribute?
