KDE, KDE Edu in Taiwan

Hi Nicola,

if you want to really create a framework and you want to have it in KDE you
should start writing using the KDE framework. If you use KDE 5 framework is
base on QT 5 and it is under development. If you do the port only to QT5
now you will have to do it again later to KDE 5.
For the configuration I think you really need an application that it is
easy to use for the teachers to create exercises.
