I actually refrain that. Likely that several non-geek people would use the
"Reply", and "Reply to all" would become a barrier for them. Perhaps "Reply
to all" is more like a contributor habit, and not a single end user who is
potentially writing to this list.

If only there was a scenario for keeping the "Reply" behavior and having a
"Reply to all" option, that would improve the situation. However, mailman
might not have such an option. At least, I personally do not find anything
like that.
