Kig Plans

Hi all,

I've been contacting some Kig contributors lately to put together a
list of things we want to do on Kig. Some of this may be included for
4.9 depending on time constrains. I've started this techbase entry to
do a preiliminary list, with the issues I've collected so far from
Raoul and Maurizio. I invite anyone else interested in these matters
to add items to the list and contribute in the discussions.

After having a concrete list of features, what would be next steps to
add these to the 4.9 feature list?
