kturtle bengali installer for kubuntu

I already told you in the i18n list, and will tell you the same. Ask in some 
kubuntu packager list or somewhere were they do actual .deb packaging. We do 
not do packaging as part of the usual KDE releases so you are asking in the 
wrong place.
