kturtle bengali installer for kubuntu

[Joy Sankar Sengupta]

I want to make a kturtle.deb package which includes kturtle.po(in
bengali).Actually as my final year project I need to do this.I want to
install kturtle with a package which includes my native language at the time
of installation.Please suggest some way.
