Hi Virtosu,

We are glad you are interested in KGeography.
At a starting point I think you should send us a mail with:
- a presentation of yourself, your C++ knowledge, KDE experiance if any
- a detailed presentation of the work you intend to do on KGeography: precise 
points you want to work on, implementation details, timeline.

We will look at this and discuss it then we will try to find you a mentor and 
we'll guide you in submitting the proposal.
