I've re-run the conversion last night, so now it should have all the
cmake fixes you guys have been doing.

Known issues:
*Cvs-era tags might be crazy
*I forgot to git gc some of the repos (though this generally just
means the server has more work to do)

Anyways, now build tests should be possible. :)
