Access to upload files to files.kde.org will be done through SSH
access to the system in question, to shell accounts. scp/sftp/fish can
then be used to upload files (permitting the use of Dolphin to allow
files, if you have the fish/sftp kio slaves installed). They would
then be served under sub-urls of files.kde.org.

At this time, it is a pure static file serving system (ie. not capable
of executing any scripts). As KDE Sysadmin has not recieved any
requests to setup Synchotron anywhere at this time, no instance exists
at the moment. I don't know how much in the way of direct access to
the files is needed by Synchotron.
