[kde-edu]: kdeedu branch 4.6 from git does not build

Hallo,

according to http://websvn.kde.org/branches/KDE/4.6/kdeedu/README "4.6.3 will 
come from git repos".

But kdeedu from git branch is broken because:

* libkdeedu does not build (missing cmake stuff like 'find_package(KDE4 
REQUIRED)' etc) in CMakeLists.txt compared to CMakeLists.txt in master

* no data/kvtml directory
