Hi Elias!
It's not us who work on Windows packaging but KDE Windows team you can talk
to them and ask for what you need (there's a link to their mailing list on
the webpage).

And yes, it would be great to be able to distribute KDE Edu for Windows,
it's too bad we're not getting any package that we can tell people to
install easily. When we do I think it would be something to push from our
side.
