I am. The KTurtle list at Google Groups is
kdeedu-kturtle at googlegroups.com(with the kdeedu- prefix). So that
might explain why you didn't get a
response.

Patch looks fine to me, but you might want to wait for a response from Cies,
since he usually maintains the documentation.
