[kde-edu]: Step without kdelibs?

I don't think KDE Libs is such a big dependency and I don't think it makes
sense to have all applications with 2 GUI implementations. It's against KDE
philosophy.

Anyway, whay kind of system do you use where using kdelibs is such a
problem?
