[kde-edu]: Resigning

Hi, people. Due to personal issues I will be unable to dedicate any time
to KDE Edu for the foreseeable future, so I want to resign as a
co-maintainer for KTurtle. I am sure both Cies and Niels will be able to
continue their awesome work on it, as recently my contributions have
been nil.

If/when the current situation changes I might come back to help with
this or other KDE Edu app. So see you later, and thanks for the
wonderful experience so far.
