You may not know that you are not allowed to copy any copyrighted material, 
from a book or from a website. If the data is free from its owner (the 
website) then it's OK. If not, you cannot call it free just because you copied 
it in the Parley format. 
I don't see anything on this website http://en.lernu.net/ that says their data 
is free to use.
I suggest you enquire further and ask them, we have to be legally correct.
