Hm, you are mixing up two different directories:

1. the language data directories 10n-kde4/lang/data/kdeedu
There is no need to have the same directory layout as in kdeedu/data.
l10n-kde4/scripts/autogen.sh does only create the file
l10n-kde4/lang/data/CMakeLists.txt.
The CMakeLists.txt files in the subfolders of data have to be added manually.

2. the installation directories DATA_INSTALL_DIR/kvtml/lang

But looking at this issue I noticed some inconsistencies about the
installation dir:

- kdeedu/data/kvtml/CMakeLists.txt says ${DATA_INSTALL_DIR}/kvtml/en

- All languages have ${DATA_INSTALL_DIR}/kvtml/lang, except es, which has
${DATA_INSTALL_DIR}/khangman/data/es

http://edu.kde.org/khangman/tutorials/khangman-addwords.[pdf|odf]
says /usr/share/apps/khangman/data/<language>/

http://edu.kde.org/khangman/ says
"But you can add your own file in the
$KDEDIR/share/apps/khangman/language_code folder or locally in
$KDEHOME/share/apps/khangman/language_code folder and the program will detect
it and add it in the categories drop down box."

http://edu.kde.org/khangman/add_language/add_language_kde4.php:
"The files are in /khangman/data/"

So what is the correct installation directory, ${DATA_INSTALL_DIR}/kvtml/lang
or ${DATA_INSTALL_DIR}/khangman/data/lang?

@Enrique Matías Sánchez
Your language has still es/data/kdeedu/kturtle with the obsolete xml and
example files.
