[kde-edu]: Contribution: Kanji-English (was Kanji-kvtml for Parley, multiple answers)

I put the file online, it is available at the usual place:
http://edu.kde.org/contrib/kvtml2/kvtml2.php

This was a good timing, as it got me to fix download of compressed files in time 
for KDE 4.1. In 4.1 all files listed on the above page will be available via 
get hot new stuff.

Since most of the creation of the html page is automatic now (by examining the 
kvtml file with python) it should be pretty fast to add more files now. Please 
use good comment and license tags :)
I suggest using "Public Domain" as license for most use cases.

In addition an "email" tag has been added to the doc properties in 4.1 so you 
can put in some way to contact you.

Updates to older vocabulary documents are welcome as well.
