[kde-edu]: koffice dependency for kdeedu

Hi,

Yes I agree that this is quiet problematic, there is the dependency issue, 
and, also both projects have different release schedules, and none of them 
are API/ABI stable. I do think that extragear/playground is the right place 
for this, for now, most likely in office category. If it is wanted, I agree 
to provide a tarball of the marble flake shape along side koffice tarball.
