[kde-edu]: KAlgebra plasmoid

In the future, plasma libs will probably be moved to kdelibs, right? So 
I think it is better to have the plasmoids in the kdeedu module, so that 
sharing common code between application and plasmoid is facilitated. 
This approach could be used by games as well (most games are already QGV 
based, and some can be made into a plasmoid with different 
initialization code.)
