If you are not sure about whether you can provide something just send a 
patch to this mailing list and ask ppl to take a look. If I know it 
correctly, the website parts can't be write-accessed as easily as the 
source-code so if you want to start you'd have to send patches in first.

The sourcecode is below trunk/www/sites/edu so you can check out with 
svn or you take a look at it under 
http://websvn.kde.org/home/KDE/trunk/www/sites/edu (at least if websvn 
isn't down again.)
