[kde-edu]: Kanagram is in SVG thanks to jpwhiting

Hi all,

I said I would port Kanagram to SVG but with the preparation of the Edu day at 
aKademy I have very few time. Fortunately on IRC I met Jeremy Whiting wanting 
to work for KDE4. He already had submitted some porting patches for KDE4 and 
was looking for more work and kindly accepted to look at Kanagram.

The result is that Jeremy sent a patch today which I tested and committed so 
now Kanagram is SVG-based and resizes nicely.

A big warm thank you to Jeremy! Also thanks to Danny Allen for the svg 
graphics!
