[kde-edu]: KTouch dependencies

Hi Anne-Marie,

KTouch only depends on the (former) kdeedu-chart widget that is now in the kdelibs. As long as kdelibs compiles, KTouch will as well.

PS: When is the first feature freeze deadline exactly? Do we have an internal KDEEDU "check if all works" deadline?
