[kde-edu]: An idea for a new application.

Yes, thanks a lot, I can see now what you mean.
And this looks outside the scope of KAlgebra indeed!

However to avoid wasting time and energy I encourage you to:
- design the app roughly (GUI, features,...) and have a clear TODO
- work in KDE playground as soon as possible
- gather the other people interested

Please let us know about your plans!
