[kde-edu]: KEduca plans

Hi Vlastimil,

Thanks for your interest in KEduca. It confirms what I already said: KEduca is 
needed!
The current situation: KEduca in KDE3.5 is broken and lacks necessary 
features. KEduca has no maintainer so we did not put the code in KDE4.
However Enrique Pinto said he is willing to start a new KEduca.
We'll keep you posted here on how the work is progressing,
