I think the situation Matthias says can happen, but also think that i as user
am puzzled that i uncheck a function in a list and it is still somewhat being
shown, so i think you should commit your patch and do what you say for 4.1
(it may be interesting to create a bug in the bugzilla so we don't forget
about it)
