[kde-edu]: KTouch bug

Hi all,

I am a bit lost on trying to fix a KTouch bug

and I cannot understand the behaviour.

If there's no "Automatic level adjustement" then the level change buttons 
should always be enabled. Most Trainning options in the config dialog are 
disabled. This seems to work.

If "Automatic level adjustement" is checked then "Disable manual level change 
buttons" can be set or not. But if this is set, it is not kept on restart 
(first bug) and also when you use Start new session, the buttons get enabled 
again.

I don't really understand the behaviour here, if someone can explain me better 
I'd be more able to fix the bug.

PS: the bug is present in 3.5 and 4
