[kde-edu]: KVocTrain has a new maintainer

Hello all,

Please welcome Frederik Gladhorn <frederik dot gladhorn at gmx dot de> as the 
new maintainer of KVocTrain. Frederik has already done a tremendous job 
getting the program in shape for KDE 4. Most of the code is rewritten and 
much easier to understand. New features have been added and usability has 
improved.

I will stick around as maintainer of KWordQuiz and also try to be help out in 
general whenever possible.
