[kde-edu]: KVocTrain and kvtml

Hi,

Basically, the kvtml file is xml like that:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE kvtml SYSTEM "kvoctrain.dtd">
<kvtml>
 <e>
  <o>word</o>
  <t>translation in your learning language</t>
 </e>
....
 <e>
  <o>word</o>
  <t>translation in your learning language</t>
 </e>
</kvtml>

That's it!
