[kde-edu]: New KTouch version

Hi folks,

I just comitted the KTouch sourcecode to version 1.5.1 (including some bug 
fixes and new keyboards/training files). However, while compiling I got 
warnings about deprecated strstream headers (which I don't recall that I had 
included that originally). Anyway, apparently this was a compatibility fix 
and now one source code file contains 

#ifdef HAVE_SSTREAM 

lines. However, the define HAVE_SSTREAM should be set when using gcc, but it 
is not! Is there something missing in the configure script?

Btw, I love the release_app script!!!
