[kde-edu]: error on klettres/add_language.php

Hi,

the description for adding a new language on edu.kde.org is wrong. Attached a 
patch to fix this error.

Annmarie Mahfouf is just moving to France and without internet until end of 
August.

Could someone please fix this wrong description?
