[kde-edu]: Can not open a file in kverbos

Hi,

When KVerbos from playground is ready, you need to move it to kdereview first. 
There it'll be tried by several KDE developers to see if it is fully KDE 
compliant. In particular, it needs i18n for data (not only german - spanish) 
but english - spanish and the possibility of translate english data to other 
language so to use KVerbos in other langugae - Spanish)
All variables and methods names should be in english.
Additionally, API doc and QWhatsThis should be in as well.

Then after this is done and tested it'll be moved to kde4 kdeedu module and 
ported to kde4.

In the meanwhile Albert kindly agreed to look at KVerbos in KDE 3.5 and try to 
fix the bug. Thanks Albert! 

I'll remove current KVerbos from kdeedu trunk as there is no need to waste 
time to port it.
