Removing an app from a released and stable branch is pretty extraordinary. I 
haven't really tested the bug so I don't want to decide. But I suggest that 
*if* we (the maintainer...) decides to remove it to ask on kde-core-devel for 
opinions first.
Furthermore, if we act lets do it this week so that it is in time for KDE 
3.5.1 (and thus, to mention it in the ChangeLog / Announcement).
