[kde-edu]: Change policy in kde4/libkdeedu

I'd suggest doing the appropiate changes in other apps if they are trivial 
enough. To better track which apps use which classes you can try to use lxr, 
for example, in 
http://lxr.kde.org/source/KDE/kdeedu/libkdeedu/kdeeduui/kdeeduglossary.h if 
you click on 	readFromXML you'll find a list of all the uses of this 
identifier.
