This doesn't work; the KStars splashscreen is shown borderless, but the main 
window is normal.  Besides, even if it did work, it seems that this doesn't 
make the window a passive background; clicking on the KStars "wallpaper" 
would bring it to the front, obscuring all apps on the desktop.  That's 
probably not what is wanted.  You could also add "--onbottom", but this seems 
to negate the "--type Desktpo" somehow...
