[kde-edu]: kstars: hardware clock is GMT

THanks everyone for kstars.

I've just installed it for the first time and can't find how
to tell it that my hardware clock is set to GMT. I've got
the location OK, but the kstars clock thinks the local time 
is GMT.

I looked through the buttons on top of the screen, the 
docbook files and used the search engine ("clock", "GMT")
on the list archive, but didn't find anything.
