There's already a team working in this
internationalization: Kde-i18n-pt_br at kde.org. Contact
this list.

I'm from Brazil too and I have the same interests, so
I'm realy glad to see an University doing this
support. See you at Kde-i18n-pt_br at kde.org. And It
would be good if you could participate in the
development proccess, too.

I'm as new as you in this list, but I think it would
be a progress if Brazilian people began to contribute
more in the development of free software, since we are
becoming great users, then we could return more to the
community.
