[kde-edu]: what to do about kde4?

Yes, it is my hope that the proposed plan will allow each team to move 
to porting to Qt4 at their own pace.  However, we will of course need to 
merge back into trunk at *some* point.  The plan is to merge our kdeedu4 
branch back into trunk (kde4) all at once, but only once kdeedu4 is in 
reasonably good shape.
