[kde-edu]: KTouch keyboard layouts

Hello,

I've made a Belgian keyboard layout for KTouch. It is
very similar to the French Azerty, so it was not that
hard to do. However, I've noticed that a lot of
keyboard layouts have bugs (I tested fi, es, fr-swiss,
fr,...) If you choose these layouts there will be some
'lost' keycaps on the screen. Looking at the .keyboard
files I can see that some characters are missing, all
upper ASCII stuff, so perhaps the original files got
corrupted somewhere along the road. The en keyboard is
alright thoug...

So perhaps someone else should take a look at this.
I'm on SuSE 9.1 with KDE 3.2 and for the moment KTouch
is really unusable except for English...a pity really
for such a nice program.

I post the file here, so if someoen would be willing
to review and commit. I mailed the author a couple of
days ago, but no response thusfar. I hope that by this
way I can reach some other members of the team.

My next step will be to develop some Dutch/Belgian
training files. There is a Dutch training file in CVS,
but that's for the Netherlands only, as they use a
QWERTY-keyboard.

Regards

Marc
